Common requests
- Cancel a subscription. You do not need us — your billing page does it in as few steps as subscribing took.
- Withdraw within fourteen days. Conditions and the statutory form are on the withdrawal page.
- Delete a photograph or your account. Immediate and permanent, from inside the tool. Details in the privacy policy.
- A reading you disagree with. Send the reference. Note that opacity is always given as a range, and that what you observe on your own garment outranks anything we produce.
